At Immanuel Bible Church we’ve been doing a “How to Share the Gospel” series. Every month we have been focusing on a different subject. First off I taught on How to share the Gospel with Roman Catholics, Then we had Sye Ten Bruggencate teach on how to share with Atheists and last month we hosted Dr. Tedd Tripp to teach on “How to share the Gospel with Children”.
As I considered who could come to teach on this subject the first person I thought of was Tedd Tripp. His book Shepherding a Child’s Heart has been so helpful to me as I seek to shepherd my children faithfully. I hope the video is helpful to you and I encourage you to buy his book as well!
It is so easy to fall into the trap of not wanting our children to embarrass us so we manipulate good behavior and in doing so we can quickly focus on the externals while neglecting the heart. I hope the video encourages you as you seek to be more faithful in parenting, grand-parenting or even in teaching Sunday school!
